does aie cover product repairs?

If any part of your new AIE equipment fails within 180 days because of a manufacturing defect, AIE will furnish the required replacement part without charge, F.O.B factory upon receiving the defective part. AIE does not cover damage by accident, misuse, abuse, installation in abnormal conditions of moisture, dirt, or corrosive matter, misapplication, or improper installation, and does not cover expendable items such as PTFE covers, sealing elements, silicon rubber, etc. This warranty extends to the Purchaser only for a period of 180 days from date of purchase.


is there a product warranty?

There is an 180 day warranty on parts and labor. If any part of your new AIE equipment fails within 180 days because of a manufacturing defect, AIE will furnish the required replacement part without charge, F.O.B factory upon receiving the defective part. Related service, labor, and diagnostic calls are not included. Customer will be held responsible for freight charges to and from delivery destination. All shipments freight on board (FOB) shipped to our warehouse. This warranty is void if any modification or alteration is made to the equipment. Please reference our Full Warranty Policy .


what is your return policy?

AIE offers a 30 day return policy for unopened items with a 15% restocking fee, and opened items within 7 days in original packaging. All credit is upon inspection. Any missing, damaged, and/or replacement parts will be added with your 15% restocking fee. A return authorization number (RGA) must be obtained prior to making any returns. All Modified Machines are non-returnable. Installation and operation of the equipment to comply with all applicable electrical and safety standards is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. what are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates depend on dimensions and weight of the package being shipped.  We ship primarily through UPS.  We can also charge through Customer’s UPS accounts and Customer’s Fedex account if it is an Express shipment. Please Contact Us for a quote.


how long does it take to process my order?

All orders take 1-2 days to process if products are already in stock. Custom or Back-ordered products may take up to 6 - 10 weeks.


do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship our products domestically and internationally.

how do I place an order?

You may place an order with us using our Online Order Form, or Call Us directly to place an order. We are open Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.


what are your accepted payment methods?

We Accept Cash, Check, Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), Wire Transfer, and Application for Net-30 day Terms.

what type of plastics work with my sealer?

Impulse Sealers are compatible with Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polyurethane, Polyvinyl Chloride, PVA, TIVAC, and Mylar materials. Constant Heat Sealers are compatible with Cellophane, Aluminum/foil, and PVA.


can i pick up my order?

If you are local, we accept Will Call Pick Ups directly from our AIE Warehouse in City of Industry, California (91745). When placing your order, please select “Pick Up” as your shipping option. Please call ahead to schedule and/or confirm a date for your pick up.
